I was born in 1988, in Hamburg, Germany. I love that place.
My father lives there still. I moved to Miami with my mother, and older brother, the year the entire world changed – 2001. I hated living in Miami. FL always stood for Fear and Loathing to me. I now go to Manhattan College in the Bronx, New York. My brother goes to LIU in Long Island. I like it here, but am never really content. Also, I am currently attempting to transfer into a University that actually offers some sort of film studies programme. Even though I consider myself German, and never really cared too much for politics, that all changed once I actually moved to this country, and began to be affected by it. I feel this strong urge to change how the American Government is (mis)behaving. Your leaders, who swore to “uphold and defend the Constitution of The United States of America”, have been torturing, containing, and raping the rights of its people. I can not believe nobody is noticing, and I can not believe that the reason for that is media control, obviously all owned and run by the government. I can’t believe: surveillance, camps, blackwater, torture, habeas corpus gone, protesting illegal, etc.
This is sounding more and more depressing, so I’ll stop. However, I think you just got the gist of a part of what I think about, and how I write. Feel free to check my blogs out anytime, leave comments, etc. If not, that is completely fine, obviously. I do this mainly for myself. I will be writing about everything relevant to my life, and hopefully yours as well, ranging from Tech to Film news, from videogame news to freestyle writings of my own, from Art to personal stories about friends, life, New York City, and everything else affecting my senses. So, as previously mentioned, I do this mainly for my own peace of mind. Though it would be nice to have some sort of audience..!
