Welcoming Extra Terrestrials. Succumbing and Recording.

I’ve believed in aliens for as long as I can remember, because who really knows anything for sure, and I’ve seen a lot of videos, read a lot of documents, conversed about it with so many people, and the general consensus still seems to be: of course there are aliens out there. They probably know more than us, and are a lot more advanced than we are. OKAY, Moving On.

I am watching Joe Rogan’s standup once again, and finally googled the video he talks about, where 11 Unidentified Objects are caught on camera for about five minutes, flying fast as hell, shining very brightly. I’ve had a few beers, and am now finally and officially declaring that Aliens exist. Without any little speck of doubt anymore.

And yes. You can always say “it was doctored.” Okay. Fine. But fuck that.

To me, aliens are now officially in our history books. Holy hell.

Here is the video:

What I’m waiting for Now, is that they are Publicly Recognized. The thing with all these sightings and footage is, they are just files on the internet. Nobody is censoring them, because the government(s) are probably fine with us seeing this amount of information, and are okay with us speculating about it – because that is ALL we get to do. When I say I want them to be Publicly Recognized, I am basically longing for a crash landing of some sort, and the world’s recognition that there IS no more doubt about this.

I’m blabbing. I want Aliens to land here and I want to go up to them and say HELLO.

  1. Of course there are other life forms in the known universe, assuming same values throughout for the critical parameters (electromagnetic force, strong, weak nuclear, gravitation..see anthropic principle).
The enormous quantity of stars, hence planets, forces a probability > 0 for environments conducive to life, hence – somehow – intelligence.
The problem given our current view of spacetime is however: separation in time and space….
For those guys to drop by for an earth safari, they have to be close enough in time and space. Given the speed limit of c, here’s the rub: Age of universe: 13.7 billion years, diameter: ca. 80 billion light years.(weird one right there, should be max 13.7. Probably due to greater then c speed of “inflation” (of space) after big bang.)
Whatever, chemical elements necessary for life were manufactured by successive fusion reactions in stars triggered by successive stages of gravitational collapse, which takes time. As does star formation from gas clouds. And apropriate means of distribution throughout space, via supernova demise of said stars. (Our sun is still busy with H -> He fusion, yet about 5 billion years old.)
So there is a certain time window for life.
Now for space: It’s mostly empty (not quantum-mechanically, but let’s not go there). So the DISTANCES between the homes of different life-forms (or alians, as are named all non-citicens of the USA) are staggering.A real bummer, given the speed limit.
Now Space-time: The separation in terms of space AND time pretty much guarantees no real life meetings. Also, given the same speed limit for information, there won’t be much video-conferencing either. Sadandsobering, but at least we don’t have to worry about our doughters messing with those foreigners.
Now, maybe x years from now, we will have new views on this, if we can get aroud c. (entanglement, worm holes, etc.). But for now…
Carl Sagan of Cornell died recently – he would have been a cool guy to talk to. See SETI.

  2. Thanks. Your intelligence supersedes my comprehension at this time. Ill try again later. But yes, Carl Sagan is, well, was, amazing. I’ve yet to listen to all of his available stuff, but watched a couple of youtube clips. I shall watch the two you have listed here, after my french class. Merde.
